When I started my nutrition private practice 9 years ago, I had no idea how much it would change my life. As a single mom of 4, I was just trying to find a way to make ends meet.
My babies are all grown now and I'm a Gigi to 3 precious grandbabies.
My private practice provides me the freedom to determine how I spend each day.
When I co-founded RDHelp a few years back, the model was to assist RDs, but with a goal to make money while doing so. But, I grew tired of SELLING RDs on the idea of giving away 10-15% of their revenue to get admin and billing assistance.
I'm thrilled that now, as the sole owner of RDHelp, I can live out my dream of helping other RDs achieve freedom for FREE.

Freedom4RDs is RDHelp's signature service. This program is for RDs who are already business owners or know you want to be. For an entire year, you will be mentored 1:1 by a successful RD private practice owner and participate in group sessions with other RDs as you implement sustainable success strategies to create the private practice of your dreams. Freedom4RDs is FREE. All RDHelp asks is that you agree to serve as a facilitator for a future Freedom4RD co-hort. Schedule your interview to secure your freedom today.
InstantRD
InstantDietitian is for you if you are an RD with excellent motivational interviewing skills, a dynamic personality, and you just want a side gig. Join RDHelp's network of RDs providing On Demand Telehealth Medical Nutrition Therapy sessions for our established Corporate Wellness Clients. You work when you want and get paid a flat rate per session. This is not a pathway to private practice, so please do not inquire if you own a private practice or plan to.
